本文提出了一种双螺杆制冷压缩机计算机辅助设计的改进方法,可用来计算转子型线、啮合线与接触线、漏气三角形、刀具刃形、压力分配图、吸排气孔口及转子受力等。它比常规的办法更简便,其计算结果更精确、可靠。

This paper presents a improved method for design twin-rotor screw refrigerant compressor.It can be used to calculate the profiles,the meshed line and contact line,the brow-hole area,the profile of milling cutter,the pressure distri- bution diagram,the suction and discharge ports,and the applied forces etc.This method is more simplify than the regular design method,and the results are more accuracy and reliable.
