摘要
研究了用表象训练防止运动能力的消退。实验包括了肌肉工作的速度、力量和稳定性的消退。该研究工作 ,以实验室研究为基础 ,并以射击运动作实证。两者高度的一致性 ,说明表象训练可使因主、客观原因被迫中断训练的运动员有效地保持已获得的运动水平 ,或有效地减缓消退的过程。
Experiment includes the degeneration of muscle speed, strength and stability. The research is based on the library experiment and archery. The coherence of both research shows that imaginary training can keep slow degeneration of the players' level.
