超低温箱的设计研制及实验分析

目前,低温、超低温的实验与冻藏已成为许多行业和部门必不可少的方法和手段。为此,我们近年来开发研制了一系列低温试验设备,而80℃超低温箱就是其中之一。本文着重对-80℃超低温箱在设计意图、研制及实验结果分析几方面进行了阐述。依据理论分析、实验结果和与国外同类先进产品的性能比较表明:-80℃超低温箱的设计和研制是成功的,它达到了国内同类产品的领先水平。

At present, experiments and storage under low-temperature and ultralow-temperature have become the necessary methods in a lot of trades and units, therefore we have researched and developed a series of facilities using for low temperature experiments in resent years. The-80'C ultralow-temperature freezer is one of them. In this thesis, it is emphasised on explanation on design intention, research method and the analysis of experiments'result. The conclusion based on the result, according to the theoretical analysis, experiments'result, and comparation with foreign advanced products, shows the design and research on our-80'C ultralow temperature freezer is successful, and it has reached the leading standard among the same kind of comestic products.
