The Definition and Characteristics of Cyber-action ——The Starting Point of Analysis of Cyber-sociology

互联网络的出现与扩展 ,既是一种信息技术创新形式与过程 ,也表现为一种特殊的社会现象和社会过程 ,由此即决定了其必然要被纳入社会学分析的视野之中。然而 ,网络社会学或者说“网络的社会研究”应从哪里开始呢 ?在笔者看来 ,网络行动即人们在网络空间中有目的的社会行动 ,不仅是网络社会得以建构的历史起点 ,也构成了网络社会学研究的逻辑起点。立足于这一理论前提 ,本文阐述了网络与社会行动的关系。

The emerging and extending of Internet is not only a form of innovation in information technology,but also a special social phenomenon and social process,and because of this,it would be brought into the field of vision of sociological analysis. However,where should the analysis of cyber-sociology or social study on Internet start from?In the point view of author,cyber-action,that is,people's purposeful action in cyberspace,is not only the historical starting point of cyber-society,but also the logical starting point of analysis of cyber-sociology. According to such a theoretical prerequisite,this paper expounds the relations between Internet and social action,the sociological definition of cyber-action and its characteristics.
