摘要
准确测定焦炉炭化室炼焦过程的终点是焦炉生产管理中的大事。过去采用测量焦饼中心温度的方法既不方便又不准确,利用在线色谱分析是一种很有希望的替代方法。根据半工业焦炉的试验结果,可以CH_4<4%,C_2H_4和C_2H_6为零作为判断结焦过程终点的标准。
The determination of the end of coking process is an important problem for coke oven plant managers, The aim of this study is to apply on-line GG analysis of raw coke oven gas to determine the end-point and compare its results with criteria based on temperature control at the centre of the charge. It has been found that the following results can be used as a new criterion for the end of coking process: ①less than 4% methane and ② complete disappearance of ethylene and ethane.
