This paper introduce unemployment event happening risk, post relations between human capital, vocation choice and unemployment. I discuss how role human capital and human capital accumulation do in achieving employment in individual life cycle, illustrate questions that we must notice in individual employment. Afterward, I point out that vocation choice has significant effects in individual employment in life cycle.
