The author analy zes for whom the employees hold stock in the dimensions of funds raise and inves tment, promotion of employee's welfare, stimulation of enthusiasm, stabilization of employee number, and resolution to information asymmetry. The author argues that whether the employees hold stock for themselves or they do for the company depends on the facts that whether they whiling or they willing not to buy.
