Worship to Ancestors and Names of Reproductive Organs

本文运用文化语言学的理论和方法，以蒙古语中生殖器名称为例，结合我国 北方诸民族的语言与文化，探讨了生殖器名称与祖先崇拜的关系。文章认为，有些性 器名称与长老、祖先、父亲、祖宗、长辈、高祖、神仙、老丈、公公、老太太、福、福寿等有 关祖先名称是一致的。

In the paper, the relationship between names of reproductive organs and worship to ancestors is discussed, Mongolian names of reproductive organs taken as examples. The author holds that some names of reproductive organs are just like appellations for formal elders, ancestors, grandfathers, fa- ther, other elder members, supernatural beings, good forture, both happiness and longevity, and so on.
