自1979年以来,关于扩散处理刚玉的报道不断发表,但做为成品出现,却相当的少。丛90年开始才有成品进入市场,真正大量成品在市场上出现,还是近一、二年的事。
The most important task of the corundum diffusion treatment is to introduce a proper amount of Fe and Ti ion into the crystal to re place Al in the corundum molecule. Process of the corundum diffu sion treatment is described. Data on the experimental results quoted from the American patent are listed in the paper.
