摘要
本文估算了Ⅰ—69杨×青杨、Ⅰ—69杨×小青杨、Ⅰ—69杨×美洲黑杨的 F_1群体苗木生长性状的遗传参数,认为依据苗木生长的表型值进行 F_1无性系选择是可行的。由1～7年生林木生长相关分析结果,提出7年生时是选择优良无性系的合理时机。通过杂种无性系生长特性的测定与分析,选出两个优良无性系——Ⅰ—69杨×美洲黑杨52号和Ⅰ—69杨×青杨(长安)1062号,选择后的遗传增益分别为20.23%、101.15%。
Genetic parameters of growth characteristics of hybrid clones of F_1Population seedlings of hybridization such as Poputus deltoides cv.‘Lux’ ×Populus cathayana,P.cleltoides cv.‘Lux’×P.pseudo-simonii,and P.deltoides cv. ‘Lux’×P.deltoides were estimated.It was considered that selecting F_1 clones on the basis of phenotype values in seedling growth was feasible.In accor- dance with corretation analysis results in the growth of from 1 to 7 year-old experimental trees.It was propused that the time of 7 years old should be reasonable time for selecting good clones.Through determation and analyses of the growth characteristics of the hybrid clones,two clones:(P.deltoides cv.‘Lux’×P deltoides)-52 and[P.deltoides cv.‘Lux’×P.cathayana(from Cha- ng-an county,Shaanxi)]-1062 were selected out,and their genetic gains after selecting were 20.23% and 101.15% respectively.
