摘要
从长梗绞股蓝Gynostemma longipes中,用大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析和薄层层析制备方法,分离到4个化合物,其中2个化合物(皂甙I和Ⅱ),根据^13CNMR、FAB-MS和MS确定为新化合物。皂甙I为3β,19-醛基,24-甲基,22,16-环氧达玛烷3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃木糖甙,命名为长梗绞股蓝皂甙A。皂甙Ⅱ为3β,23-二羟基,19-醛基,24-甲醛基。
Two new saponins(Ⅰ and Ⅱ)were isolated by macroPorous resin D-101 and sio2 column chromatography and preparative TLC from Gynostemma longipes C. Y. Wu collected in the range of An kang in China. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data of FAB-MS, EI-MS, 13CNMR and IR, as 3β, 23-hydroxy-19-oxo-24-methyl-22, 16-epoxy-dammar-3-O-β-D-xylo-pyranosyl(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranoside(gylongoside A) and 3β, 23-hydroxy-19-oxo-24-methyl-22, 16-epoxy-dammar-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyran-oside (gylongoside B) respectively.
