大承气汤及其主药大黄对小鼠离体肠管葡萄糖转运电位的影响

On the Effect of Dachengqitang and Its Monarch Drug, Rhubarb,on Transmural Potential Difference in Isolated Intestine of Mouse

采用记录翻转小肠和结肠囊葡萄糖转运电位的方法，来研究大承气汤及其主药大黄对葡萄糖和Ｎａ＾＋转运的影响，结果发现该方剂及其药大黄均能阻止糖和Ｎａ＾＋的吸收，从而为进一步解释中医“下法”提供科学依据。

Effect of Dachengqitang(DCQT)and its monarch drug, rhubarb on transmural potential celated to Na^+ and glucose transport was investigated by measuring the electrical potential difference(PD)across the wall of reverted intestinal sacs of mice. It was found that DCQT (100g/L)and rhubarb(100g/L)decreased the PD of mouse intestine in vitro(p<0.01). The experimental results provided scientific basis for explaining the Purgative theraPy of traditional Chinese medicine.
