摘要
采用恒温加速试验法,对中风防治片有效成分大黄素的稳定性进行了实验研究,实验数据经统计学处理,在室温(25℃)条件下,以大黄素为指标,中风防治片有效期约为3.64a,测定用双波长薄层扫描法。
In this experiment,we studied the stability of active component:emodin,in Zhongfengfangzhi Tablets (Radix Polygoni Multiflori, etc. ) with the thermostatic accelerated test. At the room temperature (25℃ ), using emodin as an index and dual wavelengt.h TLC scanner for determinati0n,the shelf life of tablets was predicted as 3.64 years(the experiment data were calculated by statistics).
