玉叶解毒冲剂的临床应用

Clinical Application of Yuyejiedu Granules(Mussaenda Pubescens,Flos Lonicerae, etc.)

玉叶解毒冲剂由玉叶金花、银花为主药,配有野菊花、山芝麻等药组成。具有辛凉解表,清热解毒,清暑利湿,生津利咽作用。临床用于风热感冒183例,显效116例,有效53例,总有效率为92.34％。用于喉痺,喉蛾33例,显效13例,有效19例,总有效率为96.96%。治疗癤肿等24例,显效15例,有效9例;治疗风热咳嗽20例,显效7例,有效10例,总有效率为85%;治疗淋症74例,显效33例,有效28例,总有效率82.43%。

Yuyejiedu Granules is mainly composed of Mussaenda Pubescens and Flos Lonicerae, completed with Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Helicteris,etc. Its actions are as follows :(1) to expel the evil factors from the surface of the body and cool nature; (2) to clear away heat and toxic materials) (3) to clear away summer-heat and eliminate wetness; (4) to promote the produtction of oral fluid to benefit pharynx. As the results of clinical application:for 183 cases of the windheat type common cold, 116 cases were significantly effective.53 cases were effective, the total effective rate reached 92. 34%. Among 33 cases of laryngitis and tonsillitis, 13 cases were significantly effective and 19 effective cases were observed. The total effective rate was 96. 96%. For 24 cases of furuncle, 15 cases were significanttly effective 9 cases was effective. And among 20 cases of cough due to wind-heat evil and 74 cases of stranguria,the significantly effective cases were 7 and 33,the effictive cases were 10 and 28,the total effective rate was 85%,and 82,48%,respectively.
