复方丹参滴丸与复方丹参片的药理作用比较

Comparative Pharmacological Studies of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills and Compound Danshen Tablets (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Notoginseng,etc.)

通过对4种药理指标比较了新型复方丹参滴丸与原剂型片剂的作用。结果发现滴丸对主动脉舒张作用比片剂起效快6倍,适用于心绞痛的急性发作。对心肌缺血的保护作用,滴丸的疗效高于片剂,同样剂量0.4g/kg,滴丸1期心电异常的抑制率为62.5％,而片剂为37.5％,2期心电异常抑制率滴丸为62.5％,片剂为50％。此外,滴丸对冠脉流量的增加率也优于片剂,对血小板聚集抑制率,滴丸与片剂无明显差异。

Compound Danshen Dropping Pills was compared with its original preparation, Compound Danshen Tablets by fotlr pharmacological indexes. The dropping pills started to act on aorta diastole seven times as fast as tablets,which suggested that it were suitable for acute seizure of angina pectoris. In protective action on myocardial iSchemia,the curative effect of the former was higher than that of the later. At the same. dosage (0.4g/kg),dropping pills inhibited primary and secondary electrocardiogram abnormality equally by 62.5％,while the tablets by 37.5％ and 50％,respctively. In addition,the increase rate of blood stream amount passing arteria coronaria induced by dropping pills was prior to that by tablets. But the difference between them in inhibition rate of thrombocyte aggregation wash't significant.
