摘要
通塞脉片系由当归、牛膝等中药制成的片剂,采用薄层层析法对样品中的当归、牛膝等进行定性鉴别,并对样品中的齐墩果酸进行了含量测定研究。方法简便,专属性及重现性较好,可作为通塞脉片质量控制指标。
Tongsemei Tablets is composed of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Flos Lonicer-ae, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, etc. Its constituents are identified by TLC, Oleanolic acid in the sample was determined. This method is simple, involves good specificity and reproducibility and can be used as an index of the quality control of Tongsemei Tablet.
