摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定健儿口服液中淫羊藿甙的含量,用醋酸乙酯提取,聚酰胺柱分离,在C_(18)柱上,用外标法,以甲醇—0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液为流动相,在270nm波长处测定。回收率为100.1％,变异系数为2.4％。
The icariin content in Jianer Oral Liquid was determined by HPLC. The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate and separated on polyamide column(C_(18) column) by the external standard method. The methanol—0. lmol/L sodium biphosphate aqueous solution was used as a mobile phase. The detection was performed at 270nm wavelength. The recovery and CV were 100.1% and 2. 4%,respectively.
