摘要
介绍了大化肥厂使用 DCS 所取得的进展。各大化肥厂引进 DCS 后,普遍推广应用了四套控制系统(水碳比、氢氮比、一段炉出口温度、驰放气组分压力控制),在尿素系统采用 MUVAC 控制,使得各大化肥厂不同程度的增产节能。同时,还尝试借鉴专家系统,使控制系统具有识别信号真伪、典型事故自动处理等功能,进一步提高了生产控制的水平。
Progress of DCS used in L—Scale fertilizer plants is represented.In.these plants,four control loops are widely used,i.e.control of steam—carbon ratio,Hydrogen—Nitrogen ratio,effluent tempera- ture of primary reformer,partial pressure control of purge gas.In urea plant,production is increased and energy is saved by using MUVAC.Meanwhile,trying to use specialist system for reference of setting and display of self—tuning function made the control system have the functions of distin- guishing true or false signal and automatic treatment for typical accidents,etc,which improved the production control further more.
