摘要
阐述了甲醇合成铜基催化剂的活性机理,常见毒物如硫、氯、油、氨、金属羰基化合物等对铜基催化剂的毒害机理。并就预防失活的措施及新型甲醇合成催化剂的开发提出了建议。
This article expounds the active mechanism and poisoning mechanism of copper—based catalyst for methanol synthesis.The common poisoners for the catalyst are sulphur,chloride,oil,ammonia,metal carbonyl polymer etc.Suggestions for preventing the catalyst from losing its activity and exploring new type methanol synthesis catalysts are also recommended.
