非转移癌性神经系统损害及其发生机理探讨

Nonmetastic neurologic complicatios and pathogenesis

本文报告50例非转移癌性神经系统损害,其临床类型表现为癌性周围神经病18例,癌性脑病、癌性脊髓病和癌性血管病各11例,以及癌性肌病3例。叙述了原发癌的病理类型。50例中,9例住院死亡,41例作了随访,除11例失访外,25例已死亡,5例存活(2至7年)。讨论了本病的发生机制,并提出相应的综合性治疗措施,以期提高病人的寿命和改善其生存条件。

In this paper, we reported'50 cases with nervous system damage of cancer which was not caused by cancer metastasis. The clinical types were included cancerous neuropathy (18 cases), encepholopathy (11 cases), spinal cord disease (11 cases),vascular disease(11 cases)and myopathy(3 cases). (?)athological types of primary cancer and pathogenesis were discussed.
