Interaction of ET—1 and free radicals in cerebral ischemia

摘要 本文在建立兔MCAO模型的基础上,用放免法测脑组织和血浆中内皮素(ET)的含量,同时用TBA法测定脑组织中过氧化脂质(LPO)含量。兔36只,随机分三组,对照组(假手术),脑缺血后4h,24h组,每组12只。结果发现脑缺血后ET和LPO之间呈明显的正相关(P<0.001),且随缺血后时间的延长而递增(P<0.01),用相关回归分析发现。脑组织ET和LPO均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),结果说明脑缺血后ET含量增加,ET致脑缺血脑损伤可能与自由基反应有关。 Using the rabbit middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO)model, the levels of ET—1 in brain tissue and plasma were measured by RIA, and LPO of brain tissue was measured by TBA reaction. 36 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(sham operated),4h, 24h after cerebral ischemia, each group was 12. We found that the content of ET and LPO after cerebral ischemia Were singificantly increased compared to control. There were positive correlation between ET and LPO, These results suggested that ET induced ischemic brain injury concerned with free radicals reaction.
