摘要
用神经节苷脂和MK—801治疗光化学诱导局灶性鼠脑皮质缺血模型,观察缺血鼠脑皮质腐胺含量和超微结构变化,评价其脑保护作用。结果表明,神经节苷脂可显著降低缺血后脑皮质腐胺含量,明显减轻病理损害,具有肯定的脑保护作用,MK—801则作用有限。
Using GLS and MK- 801 to trot photochemical focal cortical ischemia in rat. The content of putrecsine in resional cortical homogenate and the quantitative parameters of neuronal mitochondrial ultrastructural lesion were also measured. The cerebral protective efficacy of drugs at 6h and 12h after ischemia were evaluated. The results showed that the content of putrecsine was fallen by GLS, and the quantitative parameters of neuronal mitochondrial lesion was improved markedly in Stoup received GLS after ischemia. But the neuroprotective action of MK-801 was limited in this ischemic model.
