SAFETY SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BE ALSO THE FIRST PRODUCTION FORCE (part Ⅳ)

提出安全科学技术也是第一生产力的观点。简析科学、技术和科学技术的内涵及其相互关系;阐述安全科学技术也是第一生产力;探讨发展高科技与安全科学技术的关系,指出安全科学技术发展中应注意的问题。

A viewpoint that safety science and technology is also the first production force was put forward. In the context, the connotation and relationship are analyzed among the terms of science, technology and science—technology. On the basis of demonstrating the relationship between science—technology and production force, it is elaborated that safety science and technology is also the first production force. And then the relationship between high technology development and safety science technology is discussed. Finally, a few matters for attention in the development of safety science and technology are pointed out.
