包装与环境的再认识

Reconsideration On Packaging-Environment Issue

包装与环境系当今世界人们普遍关注的焦点之一。我国的包装工业已取得了长足的进步,如何正确处理发展包装和保护环境的关系也已摆到我们的议事日程上来了。笔者去年曾随中国包装技术协会和中国包装总公司考察团对欧洲3国(瑞士、瑞典和丹麦)进行了考察,对比在美国看到的包装废弃物管理的状况,感到在处理包装废弃物与环境保护的关系上。

So called Packaing-Environment Issue,one of the hotest topics today in the world was discussed in this paper.Four points of view including clarification of environmental effects by different kinds of wastes scientifically; applying'life-cycle analysis'method properly;study of economics of packaging wastes management and adopting methods based on the different conditions and periods of different countries were emphasized.Some approaches to the related questions in China were suggested for the authorities.
