翻译学:新世纪的思索——从译学否定论的“梦”字诀说起

The Science of Translation:Thoughts in the New Century

本文从"翻译学作为研究翻译的人文科学,应该享有独立学科地位"的基本理念出发,针对近年来国内翻译理论界少数人先后两次所提反译学的论点进行了反驳,然后阐述了与翻译学"名"、"实"相关的种种译学理论问题,最后指出和分析了翻译学在新世纪所面临的挑战,并探讨了迎接这些挑战的对策.

Following the basic rationale of the author, that the Science of Translation (alternative terms being Traductology, Translatology and Translation Studies) should enjoy the status as an independent academic discipline, this paper presents both an counter\|argument on recent attempts by two Chinese scholars to reject the subject as such a discipline, and an in\|depth discussion of the ‘name’ and ‘nature’ of the Science of Translation, as well as of the challenges and promises it faces in the new century.
