牙周炎时牙髓组织改变的研究

The dental pulp tissue changes in periodontitis

为了观察牙周炎时牙髓组织的改变,在临床上采集了100个牙体完整的具有不同牙周破坏程度的牙周炎患牙,进行了组织学检测。同时,用三只狗的42个牙齿制作牙周炎模型,以观察牙周炎时牙髓组织有无改变。结果表明:(1)在100个牙周炎患牙中正常牙髓占40%;牙髓炎症占15%;牙髓坏死占时6%;牙髓钙化占30%;修复性牙本质占30%;牙髓变性占15%。(2)在实验性牙周炎模型中,11.9%的牙髓有炎症;牙髓坏死占4.8%;修复性牙本质占28.6%;牙髓变性占19%。这些结果表明牙周炎有可能引起牙髓病变。

In order to observe the changes of the dental pulp tissue in periodontitis,one hundred caries-free and restoration-free periododtal defected teeth with different per-iodontic destruction were studied histologically. The experimental periodontitis was indu-ced in three dogs for observing the pulpal changes in periodontitis. In the pulps of onehundred periodontal defected teeth, 40% were intact pulp; 15% were inflammation; 6%had necrosis; 30% showed cacification; 30% had irritation dentin; 15% showed degener-ation; In the case of experimental dogs, their dental pulps showed: 11.9% with inflamma-tion; 4.8% had necrosis; 28.6% had irritation dentin; 19% showed degeneration. Theseresults indicated that periodontitis probably influenced the dental pulp tissue.
