被动Heymann肾炎大鼠尿蛋白与氧化、抗氧化的关系

摘要 为了解被动Heymann肾炎大鼠的氧化、抗氧化状态在蛋白尿形成中作用,分别测定了大鼠血清和尿中维生素E、丙二醛、黄嘌呤氧化酶和24小时尿蛋白。结果显示被动Heymann肾炎大鼠异体相(7天)和自体相(14天)的24小时尿蛋白、血清和尿中MDA、尿VE均明显升高,血VE显著降低,血清和尿XOD始终无明显变化。此外,尿蛋白与血清、尿中MDA、尿中VE呈正相关,与血清VE呈负相关。提示被动Heymann肾炎大鼠存在脂质过氧化反应亢进和抗氧化能力降低。 In order to understand the effect of oxidant and antioxidant on proteinuria formation of rats with passive Heymann nephritis (PHN), vitamin E (VitE), malondialde- hyde (MDA), xanthine oxidase (XOD) in serum and urine, and 24 hours protein excretion in urine were measured. The results showed that in both rats of heterologous phase (day 7) and autologous phase (day 14), MDA in serum and urine, VitE and, 24 h pro- tein excretion in urine were all markedly increased, while VitE in serum was significantly decreased, however the XOD level in serum and urine were not much altered. Correlation analysis revealed that there were positive correlation between the amount of urinary pro- tein and that of MDA in serum and urine, and also between that of urinary protein and VitE in urine. A negative correlation existed between the amount of urinaryprotein and VitE level in serum. These results suggested that in rats with PHN there be an hyper-lipid peroxchtion with an pypo-anti-oxidation.
