试验结果表明,可用盐酸代替乳酸测定牧草的缓冲容量。用这两种酸测定的结果具有强的相关性,数值的重现性极好,而且用盐酸滴定的速度快,省时,能大批量地用来测定牧草的缓冲容量。

The comparison of methods shows that it is possible to replace lactic acid by hydrochloric acid in buffering capacity determination. THe results of both methods are nearly correlated.with very good repeatability of the values. The utilization of hydrochloric acid involves the advantage of faster titration and accordingly the possibility of analysing a larger nomber of samples per unit of time.
