土壤pH与腐殖质对水溶性硒影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文对我国12个不同硒水平地区的土壤pH、腐殖质与水溶性硒的关系进行了研究。试验发现,土壤pH与水溶性硒含量是正相关,土壤腐殖质则与水溶性硒呈负相关(r=0.180,n=131,p<0.040)。说明土壤pH与腐殖质是影响硒的生物利用率的重要因素。提示改良低硒环境可根据土壤性质,通过土壤pH和施加有机肥等不同方式来提高土壤硒水平。 The relationship among pH of soil, humus and water soluble selenate was studied in 12 areas with different selenium levels. It was found that there is a positive correlation between the pH of soil and the soluble selenate and a negative correlation between the humus and the soluble selenate(r= -0.180,n=131,p<0.040).The results demonstrated that the pH of soil and the humus are theimportant factors affecting the bio-utilization rate of selenium. This study suggested that the selenium level of soils with different property can be increased by elevating the pH and exerting more manure, so that the environment of lower selenium would be improved.
