摘要
标准测定方法参照采用了国际标准 ISO DP 10529气态及颗粒态氟化物的质量浓度测定法,并对该法进行了系统的条件试验。由试验结果表明:气态氟化物的采样效率达95%以上,若采样流量为15L/min,当采集30min 或4h 时,可测浓度范围分别为0.8~200μg/m^3和0.1~25μg/m^3。当 HF 气体浓度为1.8和7.6μg/m^3时,测定的相对标准偏差分别为9%和1%。方法的平均回收率为97~103%。
In accord with national standardization,the standard method made reference to ISO DP 10529 Determination ofthe mass Concentration of Gaseous and Soluble Particulate Fluorine Containing Counpouuds.We conducted system-atic study on condition test.The result of test showed that the sampling efficiency of gaseous and soluble particu-late fluoride could reach above 95%,the concentration of gaseous fluoride ranged from 0.8~200mg/m^3 to 0.1~25μg/m^3(sampling 30 min or 4h with a flow rate of 15L/min).As conxcntration of gaseous fluoride was 1.8 and 7.6mg/m^3,the relative standard deviation was 9% and 1% recpectively.The rate of average recovery of this methodwas 97~103%.
