摘要
党的十五届五中全会为我国在新世纪的发展绘制了宏伟的蓝图。在知识经济和经济全球化的背景下 ,调整经济结构 ,实现经济的战略性重组 ,是抓住机遇、迎接挑战的重大举措和基础性工程。必须深化改革 ,为经济结构调整提供有力的制度支持。
The 5th Plenary Session of the 15th National Congress of the CPC has drawn a magnificent blueprint for China’s development in the new century. Against the background of knowledge economy and economic globalization, strategic reorganization of the economy is an essential move for us to seize the opportunities and to meet the challenges as well. The reform should be deepened, so as to provide strong system support for the adjustments in economic structure.
