摘要
在温度21±1℃和相对湿度75±5%条件下,对缓慢细蚤进行了菌栓形成观察及叮咬传播鼠疫的试验,结果认为缓慢细蚤不是黄胸鼠鼠疫的主要媒介。
Under the conditions of temperature 21 ±1 C and relative humidity 75±5%. leptopsylla segnis has been observed for the formation bacterial embolus and transmitting plague by bite in experiment. The results suggested that L. segnis is not the main vector in the transmission of plague in R. flavipectus.
