克山病患者红细胞、血清、尿超氧化物歧化酶活性、含量及相互关系 被引量:1

摘要 选择山东省克山病病区患者,并以3组人群为对照,检测红细胞、血清、尿液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和含量。结果显示,克山病患者红细胞内SOD活性、含量较非病区人群低下,血清3种SOD活性及血清、尿液SOD含量程度不同的高于非病区人群。此表明克山病患者体内存在自由基代谢紊乱和组织细胞膜的损伤。病区正常人SOD活性、含量具有同克山病患者相似改变。提示病区致病因素仍存在,应继续加强克山病的监测和预防。 The paper reported a research Conducted on 30 patients with chronic Keshan Disease(KD). with 33 normal persons from high risk areas of KD, 34 normal persons from KD low risk areas and 37 healthy persons from urban districts as control. In the research, the activity and content of Superox- ide dismutase(SOD)in RBC,serum and urine were detected. The result showed that there were a de- crease of RBC SOD activity and content of the patients with chronic KD and normal persons from high risk areas of KD, while an increase of serum SOD of the same two groups. Also an increase in the content of urine Cu/Zn SOD of the patients with chronic KD were observed. It was proved that there were disorder of Free Radical metabolism and damage of cell membranes of the tissues and heart muscles in the patients with KD. The causative factor of KD still existing in KD areas and the measure of the prevention and control of KD should be strengthened continually.
