摘要
本文继续报道,SPRIA在检测人和动物血清布氏菌IgG抗体的效果。结果表明,应用SPRIA检测急性布病病人,其IgG抗体GMT比慢性病人高4.5倍,其灵敏度比SAT法高15倍,应用双抗体SPRIA检测猪2号布氏菌苗免疫前后犊牛的血清抗体,其免疫前抗体GMT分别为CFT和SAT的15倍和5倍,免疫后也分别高出20倍和5倍左右。经过比较观察,该方法敏感性和特异性较强。
Detection of brucella IgG antibody in sera of patients and cattle with brucellosis by using^(125)l- SPA-SPRIA is described. The results showed that brucella IgG antibody GMT of patients with acute bracellosis were 4.5-fold higher than the chronic cases and the SPRIA were 15-fold more sensitive than SAT. When detecting the brucella IgG antibodies in sera of calves by double antibody SPRIA vaccinated with S^2 vaccine. the antibody GMT in prior and post immuniged animal were 15-5-fold more sensitive and 20-5-fold more sensitive than CFT and SAT respectively. The presence of brucel- la antibodies in some normal calves the probability of natural anti-brucella antibody in epidemic area. The result showed that the present method is more sensitive than the routing serological tests for diagnosis of human and animal brucellosis.
