氟骨症骨折愈合期几种微量元素变化的实验研究——兼探讨硅酸镁、维生素C的治疗效应 被引量:2

摘要 本文以150只大白鼠为对象,复制动物模型,研究了氟骨症骨折愈合期Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn和A1元素的变化及硅酸镁、维生素C的治疗效应。结果显示:氟骨症骨折部位骨Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn和机体全血Fe、Mn含量在整个骨愈合期均较对照组低、波动幅度不及对照组大。硅酸镁在骨折愈合后期显示有拮抗氟对骨Cu、Fe和血Zn、Fe的代谢抑制、在整个骨愈合期有显著抗氟而维持血A1平稳的作用。实验期各中毒组骨A1较对照组显著升高佐证了氟促进A1吸收和在骨中蓄积的论断;骨愈合中期全部动物骨A1呈现明显下降是否与斯时骨钙化高峰而A1与Ca又相互拮抗有关,值得进一步探索。 Animal model of osteofluorasis was duplicated on 150 rats. which were randomly divided into 4 groups. The concentrations of Cu,Zn,Fe and Al in blood and in bone of all groups were examined weekly and ended at the seventh. The results of our study demonstrated that the concentrations of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn at the fracture parts of osteofluorosis and that of Fe, Mn in blood were lower compared to the control group during the whole process of fracture healing. At osteofluorosis magne- sium silicate counteracted the inhibition of F on the metabolism of bone Cu and Fe, also blood Zn and Fe at the late period of fracture healing.and maintained blood Al at normal level through the whole process. Through the whole period, bone AI of the experimental groups were apparently higher than the control group, thus supported the idea that F increases the absorption and bone deposition of AI, but at the mid healing stage, all decreased obviously. Whether the high calcification tidal of fracture healing at this period and counteraction between Ca to Al could be the explanation--remain to further research.
