锌、锰、钼对大鼠氟骨沉积的阻断作用 被引量:10

EFFECT OF ZINC, MANGANESE AND MOLYBDENUM ON OBSTRUCTING FLUORIDE FROM DEPOSITING IN BONE OF RATS

摘要 在50mg/L含氟水中加入锌、锰、钼饲养Wistar大鼠。4周后结果显示,锌、锰、钼联合应用有效地阻断了氟在骨组织的沉积,阻断率为56.61%,并能拮抗氟的肾毒性作用,降低氟对血胆碱酯酶活力的影响。氟在体外常温常压下不与锌、锰、钼形成复合物,提示其抗氟作用部位在动物体内。 Fluoridated water(50mg/L) was mixed with zinc,manganese and molybdenum,on this mixture Wistar rats were fed for four weeks. The results show that the combination of zinc, manganese and molybdenum can effectively obstruct fluoride from depositing in the bone. The obstructing rate is 56.61 percent. It also antagonizes the toxic effect of fluoride on the kidney and weakens the influence of fluoride on cholinesterase. Fluorine does not react on zinc, manganese and molybdenum to form a compound in normal temperature and pressure in vitro, this indicates that the locations where these elements come into antagonism with fluoride are in the body.
