摘要
山东梁山县水源型氟中毒病区,选氟斑牙患者40例,氟骨症患者37例,以两组年龄,性别与患者对应的非病区健康农民为对照,检测体内F、Se、Zn、Cu等元素;GSH—Px.SOD.VE等抗氧化物质中Lpo以及血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白。结果氟中毒患者体F、Zn、Zn/Cu升高,Se降代,GSH—Px、SOD、VE、GSH—Px/Lpo、SOD/Lpo降低,Lpo升高;以及Tc、TG、LDL—C、apo—B100升高、HDL—c、HDL—c/LDL—c、apo—AI/B100降低。提示氟中毒患者体内微量元素、抗氧化系及脂类三方面的代谢途径均发生障碍。
A research was conducted on 40 patients with dental fluorosis and 37 patients with skeletal fluorosis, normal persons of two groups who were equal to the patients in the age and sex as control. In the research, the contents of Selenium (Se), Fluorine (F), Zinc (Zn), Copper (Cu) in the intro-and extro-environment, the activity and content of Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and, Superoxide dismutase (SOD) in RBC, Vitamin E (VE) and Lipid peroxides (LPO) in serum, Total cholesterol (TC), Triglyceride (TG), High density lipoproteincholesterol (HDL-C), Low density lipoproteincholesterol) (LDL-C), Apolipoprotein-AI(Apo-AI), Apolipoprotein- B100 (Apo-B100) in serum were determined. The results showed obstacle occurred in three metabolic ways of trace elements,anti-oxidation enzymes,material and lipid metabolism in the patients with fluorosis.
