摘要
法律权威取决两方面要素:它首先要求法律本身是高质量的法律;但徒法不足以自行,维护法律的权威还要求司法机关严格履行自己的职责,树立自己的权威。
Judicial authority depends on two factors.First.it is required that the laws theirselves be high-quality laws. Second, the judicial departments should performance thier duties seriously so as to set up the authouity of their own and to uphold the authority of the law.
