我国加入WTO后,面对新的图书情报环境,图书情报事业将面临更大的冲击和影响。我国图书情报工作人员必须迅速地提高和运用知识产权的能力和水平,适应入世的要求。

After China becomes a WTO member, the services of library and information in China will be challenged. The librarians and information staff have to improve their capabilities of utilizing intellectual property to meet the requirement of China's accession to WTO.
