缺碘与非缺碘地区母乳中碘甲状腺激素含量的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文观察了福建省缺碘(ID)地区闽清县哺乳母亲与天津非缺碘(NID)地区乳母的尿碘、乳碘及乳中的 T_3、T_4含量。结果显示,ID 地区乳母的平均尿碘水平显著低于 NID 地区。ID 地区母乳平均总碘含量为63.2ng/ml,NID 地区为66.9ng/ml,两者比较无差异。ID 地区母乳平均 T_3水平为0.47ng/ml。显著高于 NID 地区水平(0.36ng/ml)。但两个地区母乳中 T_4水平比较无差异。提示轻至中度的碘缺乏地区母亲通过其乳腺的聚碘功能发挥了适应性的代偿机制,来保护婴儿避免出现甲低。 Maternal urine iodine,milk iodine and milk T_3.T_4 concentration had been investigated in iodine-defi-cient(ID)area,Minqing County of Fujian Province and non-iodine-deficient(NID)area,Tianjin City.Themean urine iodine in ID area was significant lower than that of mothers in NID area.The average total iodinecontent of breast milk in ID area and in NID area.was 63.2ng/ml,66.9ng/ml,nespectively.The differenceof the two areas was not signifficant.The mean T_3 level of breast milk in ID area was 0.47ng/ml,significanthigher than that of mothers in NID area(0.36ng/ml).The difference of T_4 level in breast milk from ID andNID area was not significant.This results show that mammary gland may have a compensatory mechanism(via its concentrating iodine function)to prevent infant from the appearance of hypothyroidism from a mildto moderate iodine-deficient condition.
