摘要
用心肌力学和血流动力学手段,证明饲喂以克山病区玉米面为主组成的偏食饲料可导致大鼠心肌收缩性能、血管紧张度下降。在注射枸橼酸钠进一步降低氧含量以后,缺氧因素 NaNO_2使心功能更明显降低。而单纯地向病区粮中补钙可使上述功能明显改善。这为膳食低钙在克山病心肌坏死中有重要作用,提供了实验依据。
It was demonstrated with the method ofhemodynamics and myocardial-mechanics thatthe myocardial contractility and the blood ves-sel tensity of rats were decreased bymonotonous diet mainly consisted of maizefrom Keshan disease endemic area.After in-jecting sodium citrate to reduce the calciumcontent further,the decrease in myocardialfunction was more profound by administrationof an anoxia agent NaNO_2.And calcium ex-clusively supplied to monotonouse diet fromKeshan disease endemic area was able to turnback the above functions to normal.Theseprovide an experimental basis for low calciumdiet playing an impartant role in myocardial.necrosis of Keshan disease.
