Promote Hospital Management Scientifically through Making Choice for Physician by Patient

论述了病人择医的心理需求标准和医疗机构提供医疗服务的原则,分析了当前病人选择医生中存在的问题,指出应完善病人择医机制,确保其健康发展。病人择医基点应放在社区医生,建立医患固定关系;建立病人直接选择医生的运行机制,使病人选医生有序进行。作者认为,用什么样的卫生体制让病人选择医生,病人择医的范围如何界定,尚需慎重研究,并制订切实可行的操作规范,以便健康而有序地进行。从而使医疗服务的公平性、公正性得到体现,使公民生命和健康的权利得到保证。

Psychological demanding criteria on making choice for physician by patient and principles of delivering medical services by medical institution were discussed. Issues currently existed in the making choice was analyzed. By pointing out that the mechanism should be completed to ensure its healthy development .suggestions were raised. Suggsetions included are:To develop a fixed physician-patient relationship through allowing patient making choice for community physician,to establish a running mechanism through allowing patient making choice for community physician,to establish a running mechanism through which patient can select physician directly and orderly. The problems should be considered carefully such as what kind of health care system should be used to promote the making choice for physician by patient,and what is the scope of the activity should be defined. The practical operational regulations were needed to ensure the equity and equality of medical services ,and to secure the health and life rights of residents.
