摘要
从指导病人选择满意的医生,让年轻医生在“病人选医生”的改革中锻炼成长,防止医务人员之间的不良竞争,深化医院人事及分配制度改革,科学考核,完善激励机制等方面介绍了重庆市外科医院的经验及成效。指出:“病人选医生”贵在坚持和完善,“病人选医生”与传统的三级医生负责制相辅相成,是其完善和补充。
The author discussed about the benefits from what they conduct the program of allowance of 'nuking choice for physician by patient'in Chongqing Surgery Hospital. The benefits include:On instruct the patient to select physician; give younger doctors more opportunities to practice during the program, avoid aversive competition among health personnel; deepen hospital personnel employment system reform and distributing reform,The author pointed out that the persistence and improvement is the key issues for allowance of 'making choice for physician by patient',and the new style and the stereotype of three-graded responsibility are supplementary each other.
