摘要
主要介绍了上海瑞金医院集团的构建过程,并分析了其初期运作的基本情况,阐明在卫生改革不断深入的新形势下,医院集团的组建既符合了卫生改革的总体精神,也提高了区域医疗卫生资源的利用效率,是卫生事业发展过程中的必然产物。由于医院集团的改革才刚刚起步,其在改革理论、运作方式和管理机制等方面还有待作进一步探索,以促进医疗机构的可持续发展。
To introduce the construction process of Shanghai Ruijin hospital group and analysis it's initial stage running, we conclude that under the new situation of deeply reforming of health system, the construction of hospital group is necessary of the health system reform and improving the efficiency of regional medical resource. As hospital group reform is still in initial stage, to maintain sustainde development of medical institutions, the theory, work model and manage mechanism must be studied in next step.
