带蒂包皮皮管尿道下裂一期成形术

One-stage urethroplasty with vascularized pedicle preputial flap for the treatment of hypospadias

目的 :提高尿道下裂一期成形术的成功率。方法 :采用带蒂包皮皮管一期手术修复尿道下裂 2 0例。结果 :2 0例全部一次成功 ,无尿瘘。轻度尿道口狭窄 1例 ,尿道口扩张后治愈 ;阴茎扭转 1例 ,未予特殊处理。其余外观和功能正常。结论 :包皮内板菲薄柔软 ,伸展性强 ,是理想的尿道成形材料。该术式适用于阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂。

Objective:To enhance the successful rate of one stage urethroplasty for hypospadias.Methods:Twenty hypospadias patients were treated with one stage urethroplasty vascularized pedicle preputial flap.Results:Operations were all succeed in 20 cases and there was no fistula.One case with urethra orifice stricture through urethra dilation was cured.One case with torsion of penis was not treated.Appearance and function were fine.Conclusions:Inner preputial flap is thin and softy,with strong flexability and is reasonal flap for urethroplasty.The operation was highly recommended for the repair of penile and penoscrotal type hypospadias.
