数字化成像快速胃肠造影的临床应用

Rapid X-ray examination of the gastrointestinal tract by digital imaging

目的 :探讨数字化成像快速胃肠造影的临床应用价值。方法 :采用SIEMENSPolystar 10 0 0mA型多功能数字成像X线机与Kodak 112 0型激光照像机连接 ,随机对 140例患者进行快速胃肠道造影检查 ,并观察其应用效果。结果 :140例检查阳性率占 5 6 %。所见食管、胃、小肠及右半结肠的轮廓、粘膜、分布及其功能改变均清楚显示 ,检查时间比常规方法缩短 6～8倍。结论

Objective:To evaluate the role of digital imaging in rapid X ray examination of gastrointestinal tract.Methods:Multi function digital imaging X ray equipments of SIEMENS Polystar 1000 mA type was connected to Kodak laser camera of 1120 type.One hundred and forty patients received rapid gastrointestinal tract examination and the effect was observed.Results:Of the 140 cases,the positive rate was 56%.The outline、mucosa、distribution and dynamic function of esophagus and gastrointestinal tract in all cases were clearly demonstrated.The time for examination by digital imaging was 6～8 times shorter than by the routine method.Conclusions:Rapid X ray examination of gastrointestinal tract by digital imaging may be useful in clinical applications.
