摘要
发送调配部是医院后勤系统根据医院以病人为中心的服务模式的需要应运而生,为临床一线服务的部门。它的建立不仅减轻了病人和家属的繁琐生活负担,也相应地解放了医护人员的生产力,完善了医院服务功能,提高了医院服务效率。
Department of distribution and allocation is a product of new service model which focus on the patients. Its establishment reduced burden of daily life for the patients and their families,and therefore, released production of medical staff, improved hospital function and increased hospital service efficiency.
