摘要
邵逸夫医院开院至今,从医院管理到业务培训等方面与美国罗马琳达大学医学中心进行了不同程度的合作与交流:美方专家分期、分批地来院帮助工作,同时每年又派出十多位医护人员去罗马琳达培训。医院的这些举措使得整个医院的服务水平和医疗质量得到了极大的提高,对医院引入并实行西方先进的管理模式起到了很好的推动作用。
From the opening of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, we have communicated well with medical center in Loma Linda University. In details, the communicative activities included: (1 )U. S. Experts visited our hospital continuously; (2)Our hospital expedited more than 10 staff to be trained in Loma Linda University. All these methods promoted the enhancement of medical service standard and quality,and also pushed hospital continuing adoption of modern western management models.
