MEET CHALLENGES BY FACILITATING ADVANTAGES THROUGH WAYS OF FORMING TEAM AND CREATING BRAND

论述了我国加入WTO医院所面临的挑战和机遇,提出了我国加入WTO医院应采取的对策,即树立品牌,战略构建,不断创新,人才开发,整合理念。强调指出,加入WTO对于医院,既是机遇又是挑战。应当辩证地看待,既不可盲目乐观,也不必盲目悲观。有一点可以肯定,加入WTO利大于弊,关键在于如何抓住这一有利契机促进医院改革和发展。

Challenges and opportunities hospitals face ' after China joing in WTO were discussed and strategy for hospitals was raised. The strategy included brand creation,countermeasures construction, creation continuoously,human resources development and beliefs integration. It was emphasized that joining in WTO mean not only chance but also challenges,and hospitals would benefit from joining in WTO. It was important to catch this chance for hospital reform and development.
