介绍了深圳市中心医院后勤全方位社会化的主要做法和成效,提出了医院社会化改革应把握的问题,即提高认识,坚定改革决心;选好后勤服务企业,建立合作监督的良性机制;走出误区,树立改革的健康思维。
Experiences and outcomes of logistics socialization in all aspects in Shenzhen Central Hospital was introduced. Main issues related to logistics socialization were discussed. The issues were: To decide reform with awareness of essence, lo select appropriate enterprise for logistic service and built up cooperative mechanism, to consider right things in right way.
